We believe that a beautiful unboxing experience should also be kind to the planet. All of packaging is made from recycled materials and the outer boxes can be fully recycled again. We have designed our pouches and bags to be kept and reused as keepsakes, which will also keep you jewellery looking perfect for years to come.

Our gorgeous new luxe dust bags are made from eco cotton and are plastic free. Designed with a drawstring to securely close. Reuse them again and again. Especially useful for taking your jewellery on trips or travels, when there may be limited space for boxes.

Most of our pieces are handmade and delicate in nature.

Please care for any Victoria Percival product as you might any other items made from precious metals.  Please take extra care with flexible wire pieces as bending the wire too hard (or in a very cold environment) may cause the wire to snap.  We cannot take any responsibility for any pieces that are broken or damaged by heavy handiness. Please treat each piece with care and love.

Please note that hairspray or perfume applied directly to the crown or jewellery will cause discolouration and can irreversibly damage these precious metals. We will not be responsible for replacing items damaged in this way. All products sent are hand selected and packaged for a high quality service. We do not offer refunds for damaged items but will happily exchange the item (like for like) if it is damaged during transit to you.
