We want you to be over the moon with your purchase, but understand that from time to time you may wish to return or exchange a product. If you're not happy for any reason please contact returns@victoriapercival.com to let us know and request a Returns Form.

Exciting news!! Our earrings are fully returnable providing they are unworn and returned in their original condition.

Please note however that bespoke and customised pieces made especially to your requirements are non-returnable.
